Our Staff

Patrick Brooks has been associated with the funeral home since 2011, and is a third generation Funeral Director at Smith & Heald. He is a graduate of Milford High School and earned his bachelor's degree from Rivier University, Nashua, NH. Patrick graduated from the New England Institute of Funeral Service Education at Mount Ida College, Newton, MA in 2015, where he was inducted into Pi Sigma Eta, a fraternity which recognizes excellence in academics, embalming and restorative art. Patrick completed his internship at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, Concord, NH. He is a member of the New Hampshire Funeral Directors Association, the New Hampshire Sons of the American Revolution, the New Hampshire Society of Mayflower Descendants, Milford Rotary Club and a supporter of the Milford Historical Society. An avid history enthusiast, Patrick enjoys reading and studying American Military History. Patrick resides in Wilton with his wife Jillian and their two children, Nathan and Audrey. 

Devin McEntee has been associated with the funeral home since January of 2010.  He is a resident of Lyndeborough, and was raised and educated in Wilton.  He obtained his bachelors in Business Management from Daniel Webster College, Nashua, and later attended Mount Ida College, Newton, MA for his degree in Mortuary Science.  Devin is a call member with the Lyndeborough Fire Department and enjoys being able to give back to his community in his capacity there as a Firefighter/EMT.  Devin is married to Hannah (Brooks) McEntee and together have three children, Ellie and twins, Lucas and Norah.   He is a member of the New Hampshire Funeral Directors Association, National Funeral Directors Association and the Milford Rotary Club.  Devin enjoys traveling to Maine with his family and also to Florida for a round of golf and escaping the cold winter for a few days.
