William B. Fuller, Sr.

William B. Fuller, Sr., 93, resident of Milford, died on September 30, 2014 at Crestwood Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Milford. He was born in Pittsburg, NH on December 2, 1920, a son of Andrew and Freda (Bacon) Fuller. He was raised and educated in Pittsburg and made his home there for many years before moving to Cannan, VT and more recently to Milford in the last several years. Prior to his retirement, he was a self-employed mold maker. He loved photography and spending time with his family. Mr. Fuller was a U.S. Army Air Corp veteran having served in the Pacific Theater with the 321st Bomb Squadron during World War II. He was a ball turret gunner in a B25 and was part of the Occupation of Japan. Mr. Fuller earned numerous medals and ribbons and was honorably discharged in 1946 with the rank of Sergeant. Family members include his wife of 66 years, Muriel C. (Lambert) Fuller of Milford; four sons and daughters-in-law, Robert L. Fuller of Kittery, ME, William B. Fuller, Jr. and Diane Fuller of Milford, NH, Michael D. Fuller of Pittsburg, NH, David J. and Susan Fuller of Bloomfield, VT; three grandchildren, Tracey L. Auger, Travis Fuller and Christopher Raymond; three great grandchildren, Caleb W. Auger, Lauren E. Auger and Oliver G. Fuller; two step brothers, Edward Varney of Mont Vernon, NH and Harold Varney of Pittsburg, NH; many nieces and nephews A graveside service will be held in Pittsburg, NH at a later date.
