Victoria D. Zabierek

Victoria D. “Vicki” Zabierek, 37, resident of Milford, died on February 11, 2021 at her home. She was born in Lowell, MA on August 3, 1983, a daughter of Frank V. Zabierek of Milford, NH and Kelly (Kane) Patnaude of Danville, NH. Vicki was raised and educated in Londonderry, NH. She graduated from Londonderry High School, Class of 2001 and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UMass, Lowell. She had been employed as a project engineer for AECOM, Chelmsford, MA for several years. Vicki enjoyed cooking, raising rabbits and her annual get together with the “Picnic Girls”. Above all else, she loved spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, family members include her husband, Philip Jasper of Milford, NH; her son, Joseph F. Manzano also of Milford; two step-daughters, Erin and Lauren Jasper; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Elizabeth and Christopher Capone, and their daughter Olivia Capone of Woolooware, Australia , Carolann and Karl Marco-Cortiel of Willington, CT; Anna and Andrew Lyon of Amherst NH; step brothers and sisters Jeffrey Patnaude, Christopher and Katherine Patnaude Julia Patnaude, and Sean Richard; her step father, Jeffrey Patnaude of Danville, NH; her step mother, Maureen Zabierek of Milford, NH; her maternal grandmother, Margaret Gordon of Hudson, NH; her paternal grandmother, Irene Zabierek of Lowell, MA; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Due to Covid-19, funeral services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Vicki may be made to the Animal Rescue League of NH, 545 Route 101, Bedford, NH 03110.
