Tracey A. Miller, 69, longtime resident of Mont Vernon, NH, died surrounded by her family, on February 26, 2020 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Providence, Rhode Island on January 5, 1951, the daughter of Mary F. (Rathier) Brown of Mont Vernon, NH and the late Alexander W. Brown. Tracey was raised and educated in Smithfield, RI and moved to Mont Vernon in 1968. She graduated from Milford Area Senior High School, Class of 1969. Tracey was a passionate and dedicated member of the School Board at Souhegan High School for many years, as well as an active member of the Mont Vernon Village School PTA. Tracey loved being a stay at home mom. She was creative and artistic, whether it was painting murals in her home, making exquisite gingerbread houses or intricate sugared eggs. Tracey had a passion for cooking, loved traveling with her family, animals, gardening and wintering in Melbourne, FL. She particularly enjoyed indulging her grandchildren, whom she was devoted to. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Dale P. Miller of Mont Vernon, NH; her four children, Christine Miller and her husband Brett Janosky of Amesbury, MA, Aaron and Kelsey Miller of Marlboro, MA, Bonnie Miller of Dover, NH and Ethan Miller of Cambridge, MA; four grandchildren, Dagim, Moses, Avi and Lilianna; a brother, Mark Brown of New Boston, NH, three sisters, Laurie Foistner of Mont Vernon, NH, Kellee Mazze of Amherst, NH and Lisa Koenig of New Boston, NH; many nieces and nephews. There are no visiting hours. A memorial service will be held at the Mont Vernon Congregational Church, 4 South Main Street, Mont Vernon, NH on Saturday, March 7th at 10:00am.
