T. Mary Schoolcraft

T. Mary Schoolcraft, 82, longtime resident of Milford, NH and Carlisle, MA, passed away peacefully on July 25, 2013 at the Hillsborough County Nursing Home in Goffstown, NH. Mary was born to Phillip Howard and Alice (Kearns) Howard on April 25, 1931 in Montreal, Canada. On September 9, 1950 she married the love of her life, J. Harold Schoolcraft and lived together in Carlisle, MA before relocating to Milford, NH in 1998. Mary was employed for many years by Assurance Technology Corporation (ATC) in Carlisle, MA until she retired in 1997. She was very active in the Church in both Carlisle and Milford. She particularly enjoyed her friends and volunteering for the “The Lunch Bunch” at Saint Patrick’s Church in Milford. Mary is survived by four children, Terry and Geoffrey Thomas of Milford, NH, Michael and Jan Schoolcraft of Parker, CO, William and Susan Schoolcraft of Milford, NH and Matthew Schoolcraft of Aurora, CO; four grandchildren, Hillary Paro and her husband Paul, Paige Cano, Rebecca Schoolcraft and Andrew Schoolcraft of Milford; and two great-grandsons, Eli Tekola and Jesse Cano. Calling hours are on Monday, July 29th from 2:00-4:00 pm & 6:00-8:00 pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford, NH. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 30th at 10:00 am in St. Patrick’s Church, 34 Amherst Street, Milford. Burial will be private.
