Suzanne Renee Cole, 52, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 21st 2023. She is survived by her husband Mark, her two sons, Justin and Jack, her English Bulldog Rudy, two cats Oliver and Amelia, and too many friends to name.
She grew up in Hubbell Michigan and as an adult, called Nebraska, Florida, Ohio, Texas, Indiana, Massachusetts, California and New Hampshire her home. She proudly served her country as a computer operator in the United States Air Force in Colorado and Germany. It was at her second duty ,Germany, where she met Mark who would soon become her husband and best friend. Her first babies were her fur babies, Kahlua, Libby and Heidi, the three dogs that filled her with joy. Her cup was full, at least she thought, until she gave birth to the miracles of her life, her two boys Justin and Jack. Her life was forever changed by these two boys that she loved and cherished so much.
Suzanne spent many years as an education paraprofessional. She shared her love of learning in multiple locations but would tell you without hesitation her favorite school was the Hanscom Air Force Base Primary School in Massachusetts. She valued the teachers, staff and the school’s educational philosophy but most of all, she loved her students. She never missed an opportunity to make her students feel like the most important person on the planet and it was evident in how much they loved her right back!
Suzanne was larger than life! To know Suzanne, was to know what it felt like to laugh hard. She was as genuine as they come, always looking to make others happy and show them how much she cared. She brought joy to those around her just by showing up. You knew she really liked you if she had a nickname for you and she would never miss an opportunity to crack a joke or call you out when you messed up! Her teasing was always good natured and it was the best testament of how much she cared. She was fun, sweet, spirited, compassionate and will be missed by all.
Suzanne was a lifetime lover of animals! The family respectfully requests that in lieu of gifts or flowers, you consider making a donation to your local animal shelter (no-kill if possible) in her name.
