Sonja E. Fuller

Sonja E. Fuller, 63, resident of Goffstown, NH died on March 11, 2021 at Catholic Medical Center, Manchester, NH. Sonja was born in Ridgewood, NJ on May 12, 1957, a daughter of Doris Olsen of Goffstown, NH and the late Peter Olsen. She was raised and educated in Suffern, NY and graduated from Suffern High School, Class of 1975. She earned her bachelor’s degree from The King’s College, Briarcliff Manor, NY, Class of 1979. Sonja was employed in the insurance and banking industry for most of her career, and worked as a corporate trainer for Hartford Insurance Company. She made her home in Goffstown, NH for the past several years, and was active within the Medvil community. She formerly lived in South Windsor, CT for more than 20 years. Sonja was predeceased by her husband, Pastor Mark S. Fuller. Together, they lived a life of ministry and service, and Sonja continued her life of ministry after Mark’s passing. She had a passion for music and was involved in the children’s ministry at Manchester Christian Church. Sonja also enjoyed crocheting and trips to the ocean with her mother, Doris. She will be remembered for her kindness, compassion, wisdom, and generous spirit. In addition to her mother, family members include her daughter and son-in-law, Kaylyn and Jon Elcock of Marlborough, MA; a brother and sister-in-law, Peter and Daisy Olsen of Goffstown, NH; a sister and brother-in-law, Arlene and Dan Riggs of Alpharetta, GA; an uncle, several nieces, nephews and cousins. A private graveside service will be held in Meadowview Cemetery, Amherst, in the spring. Arrangements are in the care of Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford.
