Ryan J. Wilmot

Ryan J. Wilmot, 24, resident of Manchester, NH, died March 27, 2011 at Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Boston, MA. He was born in Nashua, NH on February 24, 1987, a son of William J. Wilmot and Heidi J. (Evans) Wilmot of Milford. Ryan resided in Manchester for a short time and formerly lived in Milford for more than 10 years. He was a graduate of Milford High School, Class of 2005. After graduation, he joined the U.S. Army and served in Afghanistan. He was honorably discharged in 2010 with the rank of Sergeant having been awarded numerous medals and citations. Ryan was currently a full time student at Hesser College, pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice. He had been employed by Tech Resources, Inc., Milford, for several months. He enjoyed going to the gym and working out. Ryan was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Clarence T. and Nancy M. Wilmot. In addition to his parents, family members include a brother, Joshua Wilmot and sister, Lauren Wilmot, both of Milford; maternal grandmother, Lois Evans of Milford; aunts and uncles, Nancy Boilard of Merrimack, Hope and Dean Hand, Michelle Smal of Nashua, Kim and Bill Bruno of Texas, Robyn and Randy Bickford of Franklin, NH, John Wilmot of Nashua, Nicholas and Kristy Wilmot of Fitchburg, MA, Holly and Dave Lenhart of Milford, Barbara and Tim Adler of Burnham, ME, Dave and Raelene Cote of Nashua; and many cousins. Visiting hours are Friday, April 1st from 5:00-9:00 pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford. Funeral services with Military Honors will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am in the Milford United Methodist Church, 327 North River Road, Milford, followed by cremation.
