Ruth M. Doran

Ruth M. Doran, 81, resident of Milford, NH, died July 24, 2008 at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, Nashua, NH. She was born in Boston, MA on January 15, 1927, a daughter of the late Leo & Madeline (Barry) McNeil.� Mrs. Doran was raised and educated in Boston, MA.� She resided in Milford for a short time and formerly lived in Wilton, NH for more than 40 years.� She enjoyed arts and crafts, bingo, yard sales and restoring antique furniture.� In addition, she was a member of INSPIRE and a member of the Mayflower Rebekah Lodge #40, Wilton.� Mrs. Doran was a loving mother, a devoted grandmother, great grandmother and cherished time spent with her family.� Family members include three daughters, Darlene Crooker and her husband, Dennis of Campobello, SC, Drusilla Gamelin and her husband, Daniel of Hampstead, NH, Dawn Doran and her partner, Alison Friedland of Yonkers, NY; four sons and daughters-in-law, Dennis & Cheryl Doran of Milford, NH, Dale & Donna Doran of Hancock, NH, David & Diane Doran and Daryl & Jeanne Doran, all of Wilton, NH; 22 Grandchildren; 21 Great Grandchildren; and a brother, Edward McNeil of Missouri.� Funeral services are private.� In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Home, Health & Hospice Care, 22 Prospect Street, Nashua, NH� 03060.�
