Ronald F. Anderson

Ronald F. Anderson, 72, resident of Milford, NH, died August 11, 2012 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Boston, MA on November 22, 1939, a son of Franklin G. and Alice (Glynn) Anderson. He attended North Quincy High School, graduated from Thayer Academy, Braintree, MA and earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Northeastern University. Mr. Anderson made his home in Milford for the past 10 years and formerly lived in Burlington, MA for many years. He enjoyed spending winters in Englewood, FL. He was employed as a senior software engineer for Raytheon Corporation, Bedford, MA for 40 years. Mr. Anderson was an avid softball player and played in multiple leagues over the years. He will be remembered as a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. Family members include his wife with whom he would have celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary on September 5th, Jeanine T. (Peterson) Anderson of Milford; a daughter, Laurel Anderson of Phoenix, AZ; a son and daughter-in-law, Paul and Betty Anderson of Sandown, NH; a grandson, Matthew; a brother, Robert Anderson of Portland, ME; many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Memorial visiting hours are Saturday, August 18th from 2-4 & 6-8 pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford.
