Richard L. Miles

Richard L. Miles, 92, resident of Nashua, NH died on January 22, 2022 in Nashua. He was born in Amherst, NH on August 28, 1929, a son of Leslie and Viola (Race) Miles. He was raised and educated in Amherst, NH, and made his home in Merrimack, NH for 40 years. Richard was self-employed as a welder for all of his life until the age of 80. He was an avid gun enthusiast and a member of the N.R.A. In addition, he enjoyed trips to Nova Scotia and moose hunting. He was predeceased by his wife, Georgette (Biron) Miles, who died in 2010. Family members include his son and companion, David Miles and Carol Goodine of Brookline, NH; a granddaughter, Linda Miles of Brookline, NH; several nieces and nephews including a special nephew and his wife, Wayne and Paula Reynolds of Nashua, NH. Memorial visiting hours are on Monday, January 31st from 5:00-7:00pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford.
