Rachel P. Lemere

Rachel P. Lemere passed away on January 16, 2023 in Nashua after a period of declining health.

Rachel was born in Marlborough, NH on November 24, 1935, a daughter of Lewis M. and Lillian (Wells) Morse.

She was a very kind and caring person who loved to spend time with her family. She was also a very hard worker and was employed at Norton’s in Milford for 25 years.

Rachel loved listening to Country music and over the past 10 years, going to country music concerts with her daughter, Sandy. They went to see some of her favorite artists such as, Charlie Pride, Loretta Lynn, Keith Urban and George Strait.

She was predeceased by her siblings, Marilyn Rawlinson, Geraldine Salisbury, Barbara Kezer and Gordon Morse.

Rachel is survived by her children, Sandra Morrison and Julie Morrison, both of Lyndeborough, NH, and Rickey Kennett of Greenfield, NH; grandchildren, Tim Smith, Tiffany Christman, Jake Morrison-Bechard and Sean Kennett; several nieces and nephews including, Debbie Ruskowski of Florida and Laurie Gentile of Nashua, who were very helpful and kind to her.

Memorial visiting hours are on Thursday, January 26, 2023 from 4:00-6:00pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to Monadnock Kitty Rescue and Adoption, P.O. Box 468, Jaffrey, NH 03452.
