Peter Scarzello

Peter Scarzello, 61, a resident of Amherst NH passed away peacefully at his home with his mother and brother at his side. Born March 6, 1961 in Hackensack NJ, the son of Helen Scarzello and the late Leo Scarzello. Peter was raised in Woodcliff Lake NJ, and was a graduate of Pascack Hills High School. His primary occupation was working as Manufacturer’s Rep. for the family business. Peter's true passion was making and experimenting with fireworks much to the enjoyment of family, friends, and the town of Mount Holly. He enjoyed gardening, as well as creating elaborate meals for family and friends. Peter’s quick wit, generous nature, and love of cats will be greatly missed. He was predeceased by his father, Leo Scarzello, his brothers, James Scarzello, Thomas Scarzello and his nephew Rick Scarzello. Survivors include his mother, Helen Scarzello of Amherst NH, his brother, Rick Scarzello and his wife, Barbara of VT, his brother, Steven of Haverhill MA, his nephew, Tony and wife Daisy Scarzello and three great nieces, Lucciana, Vitalia and Evalina of VT. Also, many other family members and friends scattered across the country. In accordance with his wishes, services will be private for the immediate family only.
