Peggy Ann Hall, 95, longtime resident of Brookline, NH, died on December 13, 2024, at the Community Hospice House after a period of declining health. 

She was born on March 18, 1929, in Nashua, NH, a daughter of the late Roy and Constance (Nye) Ward.

Peggy was raised in Brookline and graduated from Milford High School. She retired from Data Products and then spent her time taking care of her granddaughter, Kirstin. Peggy was active in The Order of the Eastern Star, a Womans Extension group and taught sewing for years with the 4-H club. She enjoyed spending time in Freedom, NH where she and husband, Winston, had a cottage on Danforth Bay. Peggy was an avid gardener and spent many hours with her flowers. She also enjoyed the ladies of her Thursday hooking group where she made many beautiful rugs and wall hangings. Most of all she found joy in being a mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

In addition to her parents, Peggy was predeceased by her loving husband, Winston Hall and her two sons, Peter and Danny Hall.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Valerie and Mike Bergen of Brookline, NH, her granddaughter and her husband, Kirstin and Robert Miller of Nashua, NH, her great-grandchild, Cooper Miller, her brother and sister-in-law, Dale and Karen Ward of Pittsburg, NH, brother Robert Ward of Brookline and many nieces and nephews.

SERVICES: A private graveside service will be held in the spring at the Lakeside Cemetery, Brookline, NH.
