Paul J. Gibbons Jr., 56, longtime resident of Wilton, NH, died at his home on November 8, 2023, with his wife and kids by his side.
He was born on July 12, 1967, in Nashua, NH, a son of the late Paul and Gabrielle (Arel) Gibbons Sr.
Paul or Paulie as many fondly knew him was raised and educated in Milford. He built his life with wife Lisa in Wilton with whom he shared over 38 years with. His greatest passion in life was his family and friends. He held many titles in life from son, brother, husband, and father, but his favorite being Papa.
He was a good man who valued family, friendship, and humor. He fought for more than two years for his health and time with his family, a true testament of his nature, his spirit was unstoppable. Paul shared a strong bond and love for his animals, most impactful was his love for his dog, Rune. He enjoyed anything outdoors- hunting, grilling, side by siding or entertaining on the deck at his home. He was a great friend to many over the years. He made many laugh and enjoyed hanging out with his crew. He will be truly missed by many far and wide.
Survivors include his loving wife, Lisa Gibbons of Wilton, NH, his children, Ashley Gibbons and her husband Scott Elliott of Ohio, Kelsey Barr and her husband Stephen Barr of Goffstown, NH and Zachary Gibbons of Wilton, NH, his grandchildren Alivia and Emilie Barr, Aiden, Cailin and Ava Crow. His siblings Gary Haggerty and his wife Mary Haggerty of Greenfield, NH. Debi Gagnon of Manchester, NH. Patricia Kelleher and her husband Connie Kelleher of Milford, NH. And Peter Pelletier of Greenfield, NH. His lifelong best friends, Donnie Robins, Timothy Simpson and many more. He was predeceased by his oldest daughter Kristan Crow.
SERVICES: Calling hours will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2023, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM in the Burns Hill Christian Fellowship Church, 419 Elm Street, Milford, NH. A funeral service will follow the calling hours at 3:00 PM in the Church. Burial will be in the spring in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Wilton, NH.
