Patricia M. Redmond

Patricia M. Redmond, 83, resident of Nashua, NH, died January 1, 2012 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Nashua, NH. She was born in Binghamton, NY on April 22, 1928, a daughter of James and Mary (Franz) Linehan. Mrs. Redmond lived in Nashua for more than 20 years and formerly resided in Bedford, MA for many years. She loved spending time with her golden retriever, Mac, and enjoyed horses and watching her daughters’ equestrian competitions. Mrs. Redmond received a bachelor’s of education degree from Russell Sage College in Troy, NY and worked toward her master’s degree at Simmons College in Boston, MA. Mrs. Redmond had taught kindergarten on Martha’s Vineyard and was also employed by Boston Federal Bank, Burlington, MA, as an assistant manager. She was predeceased by her husband, William H. Redmond, and her brother, James Linehan of Boca Raton, FL. Family members include two sons and daughters-in-law, Mark E. and Debbie Redmond of Princeton, MA, Dana W. and Jo-Ellen Redmond of Amherst, NH; two daughters and a son-in-law, Lisa A. Redmond and Carol Leighton of Andover, MA, Sandra and Thomas Hansis of Amherst, NH; eight grandchildren; one great grandchild; several nieces and nephews. A private graveside service will be held at Shawsheen Cemetery, Shawsheen Road, Bedford, MA.
