Patricia B. Mcclintick

Patricia B. McClintick, 79, resident of Milford, NH, died Monday, December 8, 2008 at St. Josephs Hospital, Nashua, NH surrounded by her family.� She was born in Decatur, Illinois on September 13, 1929, daughter of the late Horace and Aileen (Cook) Bering.� She graduated from Villa Duchesne, Class of 1947, St. Louis, Missouri and attended Barrett College, Chicago, Illinois.� Mrs. McClintick resided in Milford for the past 21 years and formerly lived in Nashua, NH for many years.� Pat was an extraordinary woman, she touched many lives.� She enjoyed helping people and volunteered her time at local nursing homes.� She loved joining her friends as part of the "Lunch Bunch" while they served meals to their friends.� She was a faithful communicant of St. Patricks Church, Milford, a member of the Altar Rosary Society and had served as a Eucharistic Minister.� Above all else, she was a devoted wife and mother.� She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.� Family gatherings were dear to her heart and brought her great joy.� She was predeceased by her husband, James H. McClintick, who died in 2006 and a brother, Horace "Bud" Bering.� Family members include three sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Donna McClintick of Epping, NH, Thomas and Karen McClintick of Milford, NH, Peter & Karen McClintick of Merrimack, NH; five daughters and sons-in-law, Mary & Tom Ross of Burlington, VT, Susan and David Fineblit of Bedford, NH, Nancy and John Duby of Nashua, NH, Beth and Bob Burns of South Berwick, ME and Peggy and Mark LaFrance of Nashua, NH; fourteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a sister, Aileen Sines of Florida; two brothers, Wilson Bering of Oregon, John Bering of Nevada; and many nieces and nephews.� Calling hours are Sunday, December 14th from 1-4 pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford, NH.� A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday, December 15th at 10:00 am in St. Patricks Church, 34 Amherst Street, Milford, NH.� Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Milford.� In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Share Program, P.O. Box 27, Milford, NH� 03055.�
