Noreen L. Crooker

Noreen L. Crooker, 73, resident of Brookline, NH, died October 16, 2011 at her home. She was born in Waltham, MA on July 18, 1938, a daughter of Louis T. and Honora (Wedick) Turner. Noreen made her home in Brookline for the past 35 years and formerly lived in Hudson, NH for many years. She had been employed as a Registered Nurse at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Nashua. In addition, she served as the Health and Welfare Officer for the Town of Brookline for several years. Noreen was an avid reader, a fabulous cook and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was a communicant of St. Patrick’s Church. Family members include two daughters, Kerry A. Ploss and Erin M. Turner, both of Milford, NH; two sons, Kevin B. Crooker of Hudson, NH and Sean P. Crooker of Brookline, NH; six grandchildren, Caitlyn Hauser, Erika Hauser, Noel Crooker, Ryan Crooker, Kianna Crooker and Rhiannon Turner. There are no calling hours. A graveside service will be held on October 28th at 12:30 pm in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, 71 Derry Road, Hudson, NH. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the American Heart Association, 2 Wall Street, Manchester, NH 03101 or to the charity of one’s choice.
