Mildred D. Simoneau

Mildred D. (Millie) Simoneau, 91, longtime resident of Wilton, NH, died on July 15, 2015 at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua, NH. She was born in Amherst, NH on September 30, 1923, one of twelve children born to Horace and Etta M. (Adams) Hanson. Millie was a homemaker for most of her life and enjoyed various crafts. She was a loving mother, a devoted grandmother and great-grandmother. She was predeceased by her husband of 54 years, Arthur Simoneau, Jr., who died on April 5, 2000. Family members include her beloved son, James Simoneau and his wife Renee of Epsom, NH; two granddaughters, Corrina Herda of Merrimack, NH and Sarah Gallos of Cocoa Beach, FL; six great-grandchildren, Christian Strobel of Merrimack, NH, Jack and Ellie Herda of Merrimack, NH, Zoe, Sophia and Isabella Gallos of Cocoa Beach, FL; a sister, Georgianna Edwards of Wilton, NH; many nieces, nephews and several cousins. There are no calling hours. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 23rd at 10:00 am in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Abbot Hill Road, Wilton, NH.
