Michele E. Putnam

Michele E. Putnam, 64, resident of Mont Vernon, NH died on March 15, 2023 at Catholic Medical Center, Manchester, NH.

She was born in Watertown, MA on March 8, 1959. Michele graduated from Hollis Brookline High School, Class of 1977. She made her home in Mont Vernon since 2005 and formerly lived in Milford, NH for 35 years.

Michele owned and operated Putnam’s Hair Elegance for 13 years and formerly worked at Seaboard International Forest Products for 10 years. She did in home care for the elderly through Easter Seals for many years and more recently had been employed at Ledgewood Bay in Milford.

Michele was a member of the Milford Ambulance Service as an EMT-D for 10 years. In addition, she was a longtime member of AA.

She was predeceased by a niece, Sara Holloway.

She is survived by her soul mate, Michael E. Putnam, Sr., of Mont Vernon, NH; a sister, Suzette Holloway; a niece, Ashley Gill; several cousins; and many children that she was a foster parent to.

A Graveside service will be held on Monday, April 24, 2023 at 10:00 am in Riverside Cemetery, 454 Nashua Street, Milford,NH. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Milford Ambulance Service, 66 Elm Street, Milford, NH 03055 or the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire, 545 State Route 101, Bedford, NH 03110.
