Melissa M. (Putnam) Fish

Melissa M. (Putnam) Fish, 41, resident of Greenfield, NH, died on September 2, 2017 in Milford, NH, after a long battle with addiction. She was born in Nashua, NH on April 16, 1976, a daughter of Michael E. Putnam, Sr. of Milford and Kim L. (Bailey) Creighton of Greenfield. Melissa was raised and educated in Milford and made her home in the Milford area all of her life. She loved NASCAR racing, listening to music and most especially, spending time with her family. She had been employed as a school bus driver for several years. In addition to her parents, family members include her step-father, Jeff Creighton of Greenfield; a daughter, Christine Lachance and her husband, Kurtis of Bradford, NH; a son, Allen Durkee and his girlfriend, Kate Gagne of Merrimack, NH; two grandchildren, Jocelynn and Brayden; a brother, Michael E. Putnam, Jr. and his wife, Carol Putnam of Peterborough, NH; a niece, Paige Putnam; many aunts, uncles and cousins. There are no visiting hours. A Celebration of Her Life will be held on September 9th at 2:00 pm at 108 Sand Hill Road, Peterborough, NH. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
