Mary Ann Krasucki (Marchlinski) 65, wife of Joseph F. Krasucki, returned to Jesus and His Mother Mary on December 12, 2009 at the Community Hospice Home in Merrimack, NH, after a long and courageous battle with lymphoma. She was surrounded by her loving family at the time of her departure. Born on August 27, 1944 in Wilkes-Barre, Pa, she was the daughter Theodosia and the late Frank Marchlinski. She was predeceased by her brother Mark Marchlinski and granddaughter Taylor Lynn Krasucki. Mary is survived by her husband Joseph of Nashua, daughters Andrea & husband Brian Lester of Merrimack, Deborah & husband Christopher Lussier of Hollis, son Joseph of Nashua, son Nicholas of Beverly, Ma., son John and wife Amber of Milford, NH, brother Dr. Frank Marchlinski & wife Megan of Philadelpia, Pa. and sister Andrea & husband Paul Rollman of Hawaii. She is also survived by grandchildren Brandi & Eric Lester as well as Colby and Hunter Krasucki, numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and a large number of extended family members, especially her good friend Kathy Flagler. Raised in Nanticoke, Pa., Mary was a Nurse and loving Mother. In addition to Mercy Hospital School of Nursing, she continued her education at Temple U. & Penn State U. She worked in several nursing homes, did private duty nursing and in later years performed her favorite vocation as Nanny for several families. A very spiritual person, Mary taught CCD for a number of years at Immaculate Conception Church in Nashua. She helped co-found the NH Pro-Life Council in the 1970s and was a supporter of pro-life education and legislation. She was also very prayerful and helped further devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and His Blessed Mother particularly the Chaplet of Mercy prayers. Mary enjoyed traveling and visited Lourdes, Fatima, Rome & Jerusalem. She delighted in family, particularly her children and grand children. Despite eight years of suffering numerous chemotherapy and marrow transplants she still maintained her winning beautiful smile and optimism... the very same smile that stole the heart of her husband, 48 years ago, when they met at a bakery. Mary will be sorely missed by her husband, family and extended network of friends fortunate to have known her.
