Marilyn L. Lavery

Marilyn L. Lavery, 78, resident of Brookline, NH died June 28, 2011, at Greenbriar Healthcare Terrace, Nashua, NH. She was born in Boston, MA on August 12, 1932, the daughter of the late Joseph J. & Louise M. (Sullivan) Schwartz. Mrs. Lavery had resided in Brookline, NH for the past 10 years and formerly lived in Waltham, MA for over 40 years. She had been employed for Raytheon Company and later for Watertown Savings Bank for 30 years, as a bank manager. She loved crocheting, being a foster parent and traveling. In addition, while living in Waltham, MA she volunteered her time at her church. She was predeceased by her husband, John F. Lavery, Jr., who died in 2006. Family members include three sons; Kevin E. Lavery, Sr. with whom she made her home, Joseph Lavery of CA, David Lavery of MA; two daughters, Karen Lavery & Marilyn Lavery of MA; 13 Grandchildren; and many foster children. There are no visiting hours. A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, July 1st at 11:00 am in Pine Grove Cemetery, Pepperell Road, Brookline, NH.
