Margaret E. Wetherbee

Margaret E. “Margie” Wetherbee, 65, resident of Peterborough, NH died June 21, 2012 at Phesantwood Nursing Home, Peterborough. She was born in Nashua, NH on December 21, 1946, a daughter of Fredrick M. and Catherine (Butler) Wetherbee. Margie had lived in the Milford and Wilton area for most of her life. She graduated from Milford High School and received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of New Hampshire. Margie taught sixth grade in Kittery, Maine and Nashua, NH. She had also worked as a massage therapist. She was known for her great wit and jokes and also enjoyed traveling throughout the Americas. Family members include her four brothers, Fred (Fritz) Wetherbee of Acworth, NH, Charles (Chick) Wetherbee of Wilton, NH, Robert (Rob) Wetherbee of Boston, MA and A. Carl Wetherbee of Lyndeborough, NH; three nephews, Caleb, Chuck and Matt. A celebration of her life will be held in the fall of this year.
