Mabel L. Price

Mabel L. “Mae” Price, 92, resident of Bedford, NH, died April 13, 2012 at the Laurel Center in Bedford, NH. She was born in North Attleboro, MA on March 14, 1920, a daughter of Charles A. and Mabel L. (Roberts) Fenimore. She was raised and educated in Hollis, NH and graduated from Hollis High School, Class of 1937 and attended Nashua Business College. Prior to moving to Bedford, Mae made her home in Milford for more than 25 years and had been employed as a bookkeeper for Lorden Lumber Company for many years. She was a member of The First Congregational Church of Milford, UCC, an active member of the Souhegan Valley Chapter AARP and a 22-year member of Milford Baptist Church Path Finder’s Group. Mae cherished time spent with her family and was a loving mother, a devoted grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother. Family members include two sons and daughters-in-law, Gary M. and Peggy Price of Mont Vernon, NH, Robert E. and Patricia Price of Port Richey, FL; a daughter, Gayle Dawn Price of Santa Fe, NM; four grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand- nephews. A memorial service will be held on July 14th at 1:00 pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford. Burial was in North Cemetery, Hollis, NH. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Laurel Center, 480 Donald Street, Bedford, NH 03110.
