M. Frances "Fran" J. Rougeau

M. Frances “Fran” Rougeau, 98, resident of Mont Vernon, NH, died at her home on Sunday, May 22, 2022. Fran was born in Worcester, MA on August 2, 1923, a daughter of Ralph V. and Mildred (Isham) Jernberg. She was raised and educated in Gilsum, NH, graduating from Keene High School, Class of 1941 and attended Becker College, Worcester, MA. Fran made her home in Milford for more than 40 years. She had been employed as a Customer Service Representative for Indian Head Bank, Wilton. Fran was a longtime member of the First Congregational Church, Milford where she had been active on several committees. In addition, she was a member of the Laura G. Heald Club and volunteered for SHARE program. Fran was predeceased by her husband, Louis G. Rougeau; and her son, John F. Rougeau. Family members includer her daughter and son-in-law with whom she made her home, Diane and John Albert of Mont Vernon; a son and daughter-in-law, Steven and Kathleen Rougeau of Milford, NH; six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at Riverside Cemetery, Milford at a later date.
