Loretta Williams, 89, resident of Milford, NH died on February 5, 2024 at her home.


She was born in Plainfield, NJ on December 2, 1934, a daughter of John and Helen (Lagerman) Malloy. Loretta was raised and educated in Brooklyn, NY and graduated from Bay Ridge High School, Class of 1952. She married her husband, Maurice J. Williams in 1957 and together they raised five children.


Loretta moved to Amherst, NH in 1976 where she resided until 2005, later making her home in Milford, NH.


She enjoyed the theatre, traveling and working on crossword puzzles. In addition, she was an avid New England Patriots fan. Loretta most especially loved spending time with her family.


She was predeceased by her loving husband, Maurice J. Williams; and a son, Mark Williams.


Family members include four daughters and sons-in-law, Judy & Bruce Anthony of Windham, NH, Sharon & Al Paris of Goffstown, NH, Margie Williams of Milford, NH, and Kathleen & Shawn O’Malley of Pelham, NH; nine grandchildren, Brittany, Tiffany, Courtney, Taylor, Michael, Ryan, Conner, Kaitlyn and Jillian; and ten great grandchildren.


There are no visiting hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, February 12th at 10:00am in St. Patrick’s Church, 34 Amherst Street, Milford. Burial will be in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Amherst, NH, in the spring.
