Linda Ann Fairbanks

Linda Ann Fairbanks of Milford passed away after a lengthy illness on January 28, 2021. She was the daughter of Katherine Tibbets Fairbanks and Douglas Fairbanks. She was predeceased by her daughter Jessica Genest in 2005. She is survived by her daughter Leah Pollard of Port Orange, FL; her brother Perki Fairbanks and his wife Priscilla of Alaska; her grandchildren Jason, Justin and Josie Genest all of Pittsfield, and Denis Beaudoin of Manchester; her nieces, Heather Fairbanks Rochlin of Florida and Aundrea Fairbanks Ernst of Singapore. Linda studied as a Veterinary Technician, and took special attention to dogs and birds. She was a champion dogsled racer as a young adult. She enjoyed fishing, walking in the woods, and back road reminiscing. She lived her life as a simple earth loving hippie as a member of the Sierra Club. She was also a member of the VFW and she visited her friends there weekly until her illness made that impossible. A Celebration of life was held at the VFW Post in Milford.
