Lillian Elizabeth Keskinen

Lillian E. Keskinen, 94, resident of Milford, NH, died July 19, 2010 at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, Nashua NH. She was born in Milford, NH on June 5, 1916, a daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Mattson) Clay. Mrs. Keskinen was a lifelong resident of Milford and graduated from Milford High School, Class of 1934. She was employed as a retail clerk at Dyer Drugs and had also worked at Stickney’s and Milford Newstand. Mrs. Keskinen enjoyed crossword puzzles, music and ballroom dancing. She was a member of The First Congregational Church of Milford, and the Harley Sanford Post # 4368, VFW Auxiliary. Mrs. Keskinen was predeceased by her husband, Victor J. Keskinen, who died March 21, 2010; and three brothers, J. Arthur Clay, Carl Clay, and Oscar Clay. Family members include her daughter, Vicki Keskinen of Milford, NH; nieces and nephews, Connie and Ed Gregory of La Grange, KY, Barbara Clay of Louisville, KY, Billie Ann Zimmer of Leesburg, FL, Beverly Johnson of Foster City, CA, Douglas and Judy Clay of Gahanna, OH, Susan and J. B. Love of Mansfield, OH, Jeffrey Clay of Newark, OH, John Arthur and Susan Clay of Rockbridge, OH, Glenn and Mavis Clay, Charles Abbott Clay, all of Tavares, FL, Stephen Keskinen of Amherst, NH, Dawn and Elliot Lyon, Kathi and James Infanti, all of Mont Vernon, NH. There are no visiting hours. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 3rd at 11:00 am in Riverside Cemetery, Nashua Street, Milford, NH.
