Leona M. Doyle

Leona M. ‘Lee’ Doyle, 73, resident of Milford, NH died on April 28, 2021 at her home. She was born in Cambridge, MA on October 14, 1947, a daughter of Joseph H. and Gertrude (Leary) Comeau. Lee was raised and educated in Cambridge. She resided in Milford for the past several years and formerly made her home in Dracut, MA for 46 years. She had been employed as the office manager at the Dracut Library for many years. Lee was an avid reader and a member of the Dracut High School Band Boosters. She was a longtime communicant of St. Theresa’s Church, Dracut, MA and was active in the church choir. Lee was a devoted wife, a loving mother and grandmother who most especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Family members include her husband of 53 years, Stephen M. Doyle of Milford, NH; two sons, Sean Doyle and his fiancé Nicole Salzano of Dracut, MA, and Kevin Doyle and his wife, Susan of Milford, NH; seven grandchildren; a sister, Grace Firth of Farmington, ME; many nieces and nephews; and her beloved cats, Chip and Dale. Unfortunately, due to Covid restrictions, funeral services will only be for family and close friends.
