Leo P. Barriault

Leo P. Barriault, 70, resident of Wilton, NH, died on June 9, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born in Nashua, NH on October 5, 1950, a son of Raymond and Florence (Cote) Barriault. Leo was raised and educated in Hudson, NH and graduated from Alvirne High School, Class of 1970. He made his home in Wilton for the past 12 years and formerly lived in Amherst, NH for more than 20 years. Leo had been employed at Market Basket in Milford for the past 12 years and formerly worked at Lowe’s in Amherst and Manchester, NH for a number of years. He enjoyed fishing, canoeing and camping, but most especially loved spending time with his family. Leo was a communicant of St. Patrick’s Church, Milford. Family members include his wife of 49 years, Dianne T. (Caron) Barriault of Wilton; a daughter and son-in-law, Nyssa and Michael Lansford of Weare, NH; two grandchildren whom he adored, Chase and Cameron; three nephews; several aunts; and many cousins. Calling hours are on Sunday, June 13th from 1:00-3:00 pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10:00 am in St. Patrick’s Church, 34 Amherst Street, Milford. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Milford.
