Kolby Robert Joseph Kelley, 18, resident of Milford, NH died on March 27, 2017 at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, Nashua, NH. He was born in Salem, MA on November 16, 1998, a son of Robin A. (LeBlanc) Dewey of Milford and Thomas E. Kelley of Saugus, MA. Kolby made his home in Milford for the past 10 years and formerly lived in Danvers, MA. He was currently a senior at Milford High School. Kolby was active in the Special Olympics program and played unified basketball, enjoyed skiing, kayaking and surfing. Kolby was very proud of his medals he earned and never went anywhere without them. In addition, he was a member of the “Best Buddies” and played football with Tom Brady last November. He had a smile that would always brighten someone’s day and loved greeting people at his mother’s shop in Milford, Robin’s Egg. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Robert J. LeBlanc of Salem, MA. In addition to his parents, family members include his brother and best buddy, Garret Dewey and partner Candace Olms of Chichester, NH; five sisters and brothers-in-law, Melissa and Steven Amaral of Methuen, MA, Amanda and Mark Bedell, Michelle and Jason Nolen, Jenalee Dewey and partner Dennis White, all of Florida, Shannon Kelley Barrozo and her husband Diemison Barrozo of Saugus, MA; maternal grandmother, Gloria LeBlanc of Peabody, MA; paternal grandparents, Violet and Joseph Baker of Jamaica Plain, MA; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and his beloved dog, Molly.. Visiting hours are on Thursday, March 30th from 4:00-8:00 p.m. in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford, NH. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 10:00 a.m. in Renew Church Household of Faith Campus, 30 Merrimack Road, Amherst, NH. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Milford School District, SAU #40, 100 West Street, Milford, NH 03055, Attn: Jeff Candito for a scholarship to be established in Kolby’s name.
