Joseph Lehner

Joseph Lehner, 80, resident of Amherst, NH, died on April 30, 2022 at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, Nashua, NH. He was born on January 31, 1942 in Wróblew, Poland, the son of Johann Lehner and Rosalie (Neuburger) Lehner. Joseph was employed as a truck driver for DDA Transportation. He enjoyed working outside in his yard, fishing at their camp in Vermont, and most especially spending time with his family and friends, raising a toast and enjoying life to the fullest. He was proud to serve his Country in the U.S. Army, 101st Airborne Division. Joe leaves behind his beloved wife, Katharina “Barbara” Lehner of Amherst, NH; his two daughters and a son in law; Sandy Michaud of Nottingham, NH, Nicole Donovan and her husband Brendan Donovan of Virginia Beach, VA; as well as five grandchildren, Davis, Mollie, Aiden, Wade and Keegan. A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 6th at 11:00am in Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford.
