John P. Morris, 71, of Milford, NH died in his home on June 12, 2022, surrounded by his loved ones after his courageous battle with cancer. He was born on November 17, 1950, and raised in South Attleboro, MA, where he graduated from Bishop Feehan High School in Attleboro in 1969. In 1970, he entered the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged in 1974 with a rank of Staff Sergeant. During his time in the USAF, he traveled across the United States and Europe, and was primarily stationed in Iceland. John worked as a maintenance manager for over forty years and oversaw various rental properties in NH, MA, and PA, and worked hard to provide for his family and others. His willingness to help anyone in need and his strong work ethic was admired by and instilled in his children. He loved to listen to live music (especially Bluegrass) and enjoyed watching the Patriots and Red Sox games. He had recently picked up traveling later in life and was able to return to Iceland in 2019, where he visited and relived some of his fondest memories from the service. He was a social person who enjoyed a good party and could strike up a conversation and share a drink with any stranger. He was a fun, kind, generous, and beloved friend to all. He is predeceased by his wife, Loriann Taylor Morris; parents, Philip and Catherine (Higgins) Morris; brother, Philip Morris; sisters, Catherine (Sis) Emery, Regina Wilcox, Christine (Peachy) Clegg.
