Jessica L. Gendron

It is with immense sadness that we announce that our beloved daughter, Jessica Lynne Gendron, 33 years old of Sarasota, FL, passed away on Nov. 7, 2023 due to injuries sustained from a motorcycle accident. Jessica was born on March 19, 1990 in Nashua NH. She is survived by her mother, Susan Hauser Zimmerman and her husband, Doug Zimmerman of Nokomis, FL. Her father, Greg Gendron, and his wife Marianne Gendron of Sarasota, FL. Her older brother, Nicholas Gendron, her younger sister, Allyssa Gendron and her husband Zachary Small all of Sarasota, FL. Her stepbrother and sisters: Brandon, Sabrina, and Brenna Dushinski. Her paternal grandmother, Beverly Gendron, and her many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents; Daniel and Helen Hauser of Amherst, NH, and her paternal grandfather, Ronald Gendron, of Nashua, NH.

Jessica was raised and educated in the Amherst, NH school system, where she would go on to work as a substitute teacher. She had a strong love of books, music, and creativity. She played Lacrosse, Soccer and Basketball for many years, during which she developed a passion for teaching these sports to younger kids. She coached basketball and soccer with her dad for several years in the Amherst Recreation Leagues. She went on to study at Suffolk University, in Boston, MA where she pursued a degree in English. Presently, she enjoyed spending her days bartending, cheering on Boston sports teams, and spending time with her family.

Services: Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, November 29th, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the Smith and Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford, New Hampshire. A funeral service will follow at the same location at 1:00 PM. Burial will conclude in the Meadowview Cemetery in Amherst.
