Jane Scagnoli King, 72, resident of Milford, NH, died October 19, 2009 at Catholic Medical Center, Manchester, NH. She was born in Dedham, MA on June 3, 1937, a daughter of Mary (Columbo) Scagnoli of Falmouth, MA and the late Joseph James Scagnoli. Mrs. King was raised and educated in Readville, MA. Prior to moving to Milford 10 years ago, she and her husband lived in Malden, MA for 40 years. She had been employed by Russ Craft in Dedham, MA and had also worked at the Rectory of Sacred Heart Church in Malden, MA for many years. Mrs. King loved to cook and was always searching for new recipes to share with others. In addition, she enjoyed scratch tickets and playing bingo. She was a member and past president of the VFW Post #639 Auxiliary, Malden, MA. In addition to her mother, family members include her husband John J. King of Milford, NH with whom she celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 22, 2008; two daughters and sons-in-law, Joan and Paul Dargie of Milford, NH, June and Pat Mc Adam of North Andover, MA; two sons and daughters-in-law, John and Darlene King of Andover, MA, Joseph and Mary King of Falmouth, MA; 10 grandchildren, Jenna, Jillian and Michael Dargie, Robbie, Zachary, Jacob and Joshua King, John, Cecelia Jane and Alexander King; five sisters and brothers-in-law, Carol and Paul Mac Donald, JoAnn and Michael O�Donnell of Falmouth, MA, Judy and Matt Trocchio of North Palm Beach, FL, Jackie Lawson of North Carolina and Jan Moore of Pittsfield, ME; many nieces and nephews including, Mark and Nancy Feraco and Beth, Eileen, Katrina and Anastasia of Milford, NH and her many friends from Bingo. Calling hours are Friday, October 23rd from 4:00-8:00 pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford, NH. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 11:00 am in St. Anne�s Church, 90 West Milton Street, Readville, MA. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, 45 Fairview Avenue, Hyde Park, MA. Donations in her memory may be made to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Attn: Donor Services, P.O. Box 650309, Dallas TX 75265-0309.
