Henry B. Kopczynskie Jr.

Henry Bernard Kopczynskie Jr., 73 of Milford, NH, passed away on March 31st, 2023.

Henry was born on March 5th, 1950 to Henry Bernard Kopczynskie and Mary Feschak in Freeland, PA. After graduating from Freeland High School in 1968, he went on to join the United States Army.

Henry served in the Army for 22 years, being stationed in Fort Devens Mass, Germany, Turkey and Ethiopia. After retiring from the Army, Sargent First Class, in 1991 he worked as a Rural Carrier for the town of Hollis for 22 years. Henry was devoted catholic and was a communicant of the St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Nashua, NH. Henry spent most of his retired life baking, cooking, traveling and just loving every day with wife of 49 years.

Henry was predeceased by his father and mother Henry Kopczynskie and Mary Feschak; his sisters Anna Marie Zawatsky and Mary Teresa Kopczynskie and his brothers Mark Kopczynskie, Jeffery “Zeb” Kopczynskie, David Kopczynskie and Bruce Kopczynskie

Henry is survived by his wife Cynthia Kopczynskie of Milford, NH; his two sons Henry Kopczynskie III of Milford, NH, Andrew Kopczynskie and his wife Colleen of Ocala, Fl; his brothers Daniel Kopczynskie of Oakdale, Pa; Matthew Kopczynskie and his wife Debbie of Freeland, Pa, and many nieces and nephews.

SERVICES: Calling hours will be held on Monday, April 10, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford, NH 03055.

A Requiem Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 10:00 AM in the St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, 5 Green Street, Nashua, NH. All are invited to meet directly at church the morning of. Burial will follow the funeral mass in the N.H. State Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen at 1:00 PM.
