Gregory C. Auger

Gregory C. Auger, 44, resident of Milford, NH, died May 13, 2012 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, Lebanon, NH, surrounded by his family. He was born in Nashua, NH on March 31, 1968, a son of Sandra L. (Lindfors) Comparato of Milford, NH and Charles A. Auger of Mason, NH. Gregory was raised and educated in Nashua, NH and graduated from Nashua High School, Class of 1986. After graduation, Gregory lived and worked in Boston, New York City, and the Poconos in high-end clothing boutiques and restaurants. Eventually he moved back to New Hampshire. From an early age Gregory was extremely creative. He loved animals, cooking, gardening and painting in oil and watercolor. His latest project was to paint The Madonna. In addition to his parents, family members include his stepfather, Vito Comparato of Milford, a sister and brother-in-law, Nicole and Nev Smith of Nashua, NH; a brother and sister-in-law Sean and Tracy Auger of Merrimack, NH; 3 nephews, Joshua McIntosh, Scottie McIntosh and Caleb Auger; a niece, Lauren Auger; and a great nephew, Camdon Grandmaison. Following cremation, a celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, May 20th from 2:00-4:00 pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford, NH.
