Genevieve Underwood

Genevieve Underwood, 84, resident of Lyndeborough, NH died on February 21, 2014 at her home. She was born in Manchester, NH on April 4, 1929, a daughter of George and Nellie (Malloy) Fifty. Mrs. Underwood made her home in Lyndeborough for the past 20 years and formerly lived in Manchester for most of her life. She had been employed as a clerk at the New Hampshire State Liquor Store and had also worked in the Manchester Mills. Mrs. Underwood was predeceased by her husband, Robert C. Underwood, Sr., who died in 2010. Family members include a son and daughter-in-law, Robert C. Underwood, Jr. and Frances Underwood of Hooksett, NH; two daughters and sons-in-law, Sherilyn and Edward Paquette of Dunbarton, NH, Holly and Richard Hanson of Lyndeborough, NH; seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two brothers, William Fifty and George Fifty, both of Manchester, NH; several nieces and nephews. At her request, there are no services. Burial will be in Saint Joseph Cemetery, Bedford, NH.
