Gail A. Kolar

Gail Ann Kolar, 71, resident of Milford, NH died on September 7, 2016 at the Lahey Clinic, Burlington, MA surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on August 20, 1945, a daughter of the late William and Jean (Williams) Kennedy. Gail was raised and educated in Elmhurst, Illinois and graduated from York High School. She made her home in Milford for the past 35 years and was employed as the secretary for the Amherst Christian Church. Gail was an avid reader, enjoyed going to the beach and was a wonderful cook, but she most especially loved spending time with her family. She was predeceased by her sister, Donna Tannariello. Family members include her husband of 48 years, Kent D. Kolar of Milford, NH; three sons and daughters- in-law, Matthew Kolar of Milford, Brandon and Jennifer Kolar of Andover, MA, Daniel and Catherine Kolar of Hollis, NH; six grandchildren, Ben, Kieran, Enzo, Emma, Eleanora and Beatrice; a brother, William Kennedy of Elmhurst (wife Cindy), IL; a sister, Susan Gruber of IL (husband Peter); brother-in-law, Ron Tannariello of Amherst, NH; many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:50am followed by a memorial service at 12:00 noon in the Amherst Christian Church, 134 Hollis Road, Amherst, NH.
