Francis (Frank) Royal Williams, Junior A devoted son of a gardener from New York and a seamstress from South Carolina, A self-described kid from Brooklyn. Brother to Edward and Rose Pilieri. A gentle and kind soul - a jewel of a mind embedded within. A disciple of Jesus and a teacher of love in his words and his actions, Frank was a member of the vestry at St. Luke's Anglican Church and an avid participant in church life and bible studies at St. John Neumann. A man who always gave more than he took, and respected all. A success personally and professionally- first as an engineer, then salesman and entrepreneur. A husband of 56 years to his wife and well-spring, Lorraine, She was quite simply, the air that he breathed. Together, they spanned the globe, hand in hand, with kids and dogs in tow. A man of great faith, an adventurer, a father of four, a grandfather of eight. A great North Star to his children Matthew, Guy, Jude and Deborah and a loving and devoted grandfather to Katelyn, Meagan, Erik, Evan, Victoria, Claire, Madeleine and Wyatt, he taught them about life, God, politics, fishing and family. But mostly, he gave them his whole heart without reservation. A singularly sweet human being, Frank takes with him a light and laughter and joy, the absence of which will be acutely felt by those who had the honor to call him friend, father, brother, uncle, son, grandpa and husband.
