Evelyn M. Brown

Evelyn M. Brown, born July 3, 1927 and died December 7, 2023.

She was predeceased by her husband of 66 years Grafton (Hap) Brown, her parents Dawson and Daisy Stewart and her brothers Donald and Ralph Stewart. She was born and raised in Saugus, MA. She is survived by her four children: Frank (Chris) Brown of New Hampshire, Cheryl (Sonny) Hazelton of Massachusetts, Diane (Clay) Hillyer of Connecticut, and William (Rye) Brown of Vermont. She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren Jeff (Catie), Herbie, Jimmy, Clayton (Shannon), Sam and Brittney as well as her great grandchildren Tre, Kiki, and Adam.

Evelyn and Hap raised their family in Wakefield, MA. They retired to Temple, NH where they resided for 28 years. Evelyn was an avid Celtics fan. She enjoyed hosting many family holiday dinners. Family gatherings were important to her and she had a lot of fun watching her grandchildren grow up. She was a loving grandmother and truly cherished her family.

A graveside service will be held in the Spring of 2024.
