Esther C. Masquelier

Esther C. Masquelier, 89, resident of Milford, NH died on April 29, 2014 at The Elms Care and Rehabilitation Center in Milford, NH. She was born in Burgettstown, PA on May 26, 1924, the daughter of Thomas V. and Margaret R. (Sawhill) Cole. Mrs. Masquelier was a resident of Milford, NH for more than 10 years and formerly lived in Berlin, MD and Silver Springs, MD for more than 30 years. She was employed as a school secretary at Glenallen Elementary School in Montgomery, MD and had also worked at the American National Bank in Silver Springs. She was a member of the Milford United Methodist Church. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert R. Masquelier, who died on October 31, 2013. Mrs. Masquelier was a loving wife, a devoted mother, grandmother and great- grandmother. Family members include a daughter, Connie Page of Nashua, NH; two grandchildren and three great- grandchildren. Services are private. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery Milford, NH. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 480 Pleasant Street, Watertown, MA 02472.
