Donald R. Maynard

Donald R. Maynard, 85, resident of Milford, NH, died on June 1, 2015 at The Elms Care & Rehabilitation Center in Milford. He was born in Nashua, NH on November 23, 1929, a son of Fred R. and Mabel (Munson) Maynard. He made his home in Milford for the past eight years and formerly lived in New Boston, NH for several years and in Nashua, NH for many years. Prior to his retirement, he worked as a machinist for Nashua Machine Shop for 25 years. Mr. Maynard served in the U.S. Army National Guard. He was predeceased by his wife, Lucille Y. (Levesque) Maynard. Family members include five daughters, Diane Maynard of Warner, NH, Claire Lessard of Tampa, FL, Anjanette “Angel” Maynard of Jacksonville, FL, Debra Jacques and Donna Currier, both of Nashua, NH; two sons, Christopher Maynard of Nashua, NH and Bruce Maynard of Milford, NH; many grandchildren and great grandchildren. There are no services. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000 Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908.
