Donald A. Ouellette

Donald A. Ouellette passed away on August 28, 2014 surrounded by his loving family and friends. He was born November 19, 1947 in Lawrence, Massachusetts to Lorraine (Beaudoin) and Armand G. Ouellette. He spent his childhood in Lawrence and graduated from Lawrence High School. Don was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather as well as brother, uncle, and cousin. Don’s passions were sports -- he was an avid Pats, Sox, and Bruins fan, bass fishing, and music. Don worked at the Anheuser-Busch Brewery in Merrimack, NH for 33 years. During this time, he proudly served as a shop steward and established many lifelong friends. During his retirement, Don fulfilled his dream of lakefront living and daily bass fishing. Don is survived by Rachel, his loving wife of 30 years. In addition, he leaves his children, Andrea Ouellette and her boyfriend Mike Jones; Jennifer (Ouellette) Coppolino, her husband Matt, and children Jack and Charlotte; Michael and Melissa Ouellette and son, Isaac. He also leaves his brother Armand and his wife Johanna Ouellette and numerous nieces and nephews. Visiting hours are 5-8 p.m. at the Smith and Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford, NH on Tuesday, September 2. A memorial service will be held at Cathedral of the Pines in Rindge, NH on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Luncheon to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the D.A.D. (Defeating Alzheimer’s Disease) team for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
