Dolores S. Hart

Dolores S. Hart, 79, resident of Amherst, NH, died on October 26, 2015 at Lahey Clinic, Burlington, MA surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Nashua, NH on November 13, 1935, a daughter of Ralph Hill and Madeline Mary P. (Byrne) Hill Gautier. Mrs. Hart made her home in Amherst for the past 38 years and formerly lived in Milford for many years. She was a very down to earth person and enjoyed the simple pleasures in life such as visits to the ocean, shopping, eating out, plants and animals, feeding the wildlife and working on crossword puzzles. She especially loved to spend time with her family, her cats and absolutely adored her grandchildren. She was currently employed by the Pillsbury Home in Milford where she had worked for many years. Mrs. Hart was predeceased by her husband, Arthur W. Hart, Jr., who died in 2004. Family members include a daughter and son-in-law, Susan E. and Gerry Browning; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Scott W. and Pam Hart, all of Milford, and Robert A. Hart of Amherst; seven grandchildren, Diane Browning-Beers, Darcy Browning-Boghdan, Nicole and Nathan Hart, Samantha, Jessica and Brittney Hart; several brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews. Visiting hours are on Thursday, October 29th from 6:00-9:00 pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 10:00 am in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Milford.
