Diane M. Ingalls

Diane M. Ingalls, 66, resident of Peterborough, NH, died February 11, 2012 at Pheasant Wood Care and Rehabilitation Center, Peterborough. She was born in Cambridge, MA on May 24, 1945, a daughter of Antonio and Rafaela (Rella) Zaccagnini and was raised and educated in Wilmington, MA. Diane resided in Peterborough for a short time and formerly lived in Nashua, NH for many years and Lowell, MA for several years. She had been employed by Radionics in Burlington, MA. Diane enjoyed horseback riding, playing pool, darts and competing in tournaments. She was predeceased by a daughter, Renee N. Njoroge, who died in 2007. Family members include two daughters, Jean M. Corey of Peterborough, Kelly A. Barbour of Taunton, MA; three grandsons, Devon Njoroge, Aaron and Jeremy Corey; a sister, Roberta Rust of CA; two great grandchildren; three brothers, Jimmy Zaccagnini of NC and her twin brothers, Larry Zaccagnini of Wilmington, MA and Lenny Zaccagnini of Billerica, MA; many nieces and nephews; and her former husband, Charles W. Ingalls. Visiting hours are Tuesday, February 14th from 5:00-7:00 pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am in Riverside Cemetery, 454 Nashua Street, Milford, followed by a reception at Harley Sanford Post #4368 VFW, 1 VFW Way, Milford.
