Deborah G. Janeiro, 60, resident of Hollis, NH died on August 20, 2012 at her home, surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Nashua, NH on August 19, 1952, a daughter of Stanley E. & Avis R. (Ramsdell) Glover. She was raised and educated in Milford, NH, graduating from Milford Area Senior High School, Class of 1970 and Lowell General Hospital School of Nursing, Lowell, MA. Deb was employed as a registered nurse at UMASS Worcester, Nashua Memorial Hospital and Lowell General Hospital. She had also worked as a substitute nurse at the Hollis Elementary School and for the past 14 years, she was employed by Dr. Philip Aubrey in Milford. She was a member of the New Hampshire Basket Maker’s Guild. She also enjoyed gardening, scrapbooking, sewing, crafts, her vacation home in Colebrook, NH and snowmobiling. While her daughter was growing up, she was active as a scout leader. Deb was a loving wife, devoted mother and treasured the time she spent with her family, especially her two grandchildren. She adored her two Border Collies, Bonnie and Tim. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Stanley E. Glover, Jr. Family members include her husband of 38 years, John J. Janeiro, Jr., M.D., of Hollis; a daughter and son-in-law, Kate and Neil Smith of Brookline, NH; two grandchildren, Ryland J. and Lydia A. Smith, both of Brookline; her brother, Neil R. Glover of Hollis; her mother-in-law, Virginia I. (Burns) Janeiro of Lowell, MA; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Michael P. and Shirley Janeiro of Lowell, William Janeiro, Tara and James Coates, all of Hudson, NH, Timothy Janeiro of Saco, ME, Anthony and Susan Janeiro of Quincy, MA, Joseph Janeiro of Plaistow, NH, Ginny and Joseph LaFreniere of Chelmsford, MA; many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours are on Friday, August 24th from 2-4 & 6-9 pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am in the Hollis Congregational Church, 8 Monument Square, Hollis, NH. Everyone is invited to meet at the church. Burial will follow in North Cemetery, Hollis. Donations in her memory may be made to American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701 or Home Health & Hospice Care, 7 Executive Park Drive, Merrimack, NH 03054.
