Dean K. Campbell

Retired Air Force Master Sergeant Dean K. Campbell, 77, resident of Hudson, NH, died February 28, 2010 at the Community Hospice House, Merrimack, NH. He was born in Melrose, MA on July 26, 1932, a son of the late Kingsley M. Campbell and Eleanor (Pierce) Campbell. He was raised and educated in Lunenburg and Leominster, MA. Mr. Campbell entered the U.S. Air Force and served his country honorably for 22 years. A veteran of the Vietnam Era, he retired on November 30, 1976, with the rank of master sergeant, after receiving numerous commendations and service awards. He resided in Hudson for several years and formerly lived in Milford, NH for 15 years and Merrimack, NH for 13 years. Following his military retirement, he had been employed as a courier for several automotive dealerships, including Lovering Volvo. He was a member of the Milford United Methodist Church and Benevolent Lodge #7 F & AM, Milford. Family members include his son, Scott A. Campbell of East Hampton, MA; two daughters, Sandra A. Davis of Hollis, NH and Shari A. Moskowitz of Amherst, NH; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; his longtime companion, Terry Bouley of Hudson, NH; a brother, Alan Campbell of Cleveland, GA; a sister, Barbara Fulham of Australia; several nieces and nephews. Visiting hours are Sunday, March 7th from 1:00-3:00 pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford, NH. A Masonic service will be conducted at 2:30 pm. Funeral services with military honors will be held on Monday at 11:30 am in the chapel of the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, 110 D.W. Highway, Boscawen, NH.
