David P. Lyttle

David Paynter Lyttle passed away at his home in Milford NH on May 28th after a courageous with Multiple Myeloma. David was born at Fort Rucker, Alabama on November 5, 1960 and was raised in West Townsend, MA. David enjoyed his time with childhood friends and neighbors and played PAT Hockey for many years. He traveled a lot with his siblings and his dad, a TWA pilot. He graduated from North Middlesex Regional High School in 1979. David served in the US Army from 1979 – 1982. David is survived by his two sons, Christopher of Bennington, VT, and Harry Daniel Lyttle lll and Harry’s mother Joanne Lyttle of Lexington, MA. David had two grandchildren, Savannah Marie and Landon Caron of Bennington, VT. David is also survived by his parents, Harry and Marty Lyttle of Wells, Maine; his sister, Sarah Marek of New Ipswich, NH; two brothers, Christopher Lyttle and his wife, Barbara of W. Simsbury, CT, Jeffrey Lyttle and his wife, Jane (Simonson) with whom he lived for the last 10 years. David was also blessed to have many nieces and nephews in his life. His family would like to thank all the nurses and his physician at the St. Joseph’s Hospital Cancer Center for their extraordinary care and kindness. They are special people and helped David through some of the most harrowing days of his life. Services will be private and held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to the Margaret D’Youville Fund at St. Joseph Hospital, 172 Kinsley Street, Nashua, NH 03062.
